Meeting/Event Information
The Board meets every 2nd Tuesday, and the General Membership meetings are every 4th Tuesday. Times could vary - please refer to the calendar, newsletter, or events page for details.
Occasionally a membership meeting will have a guest speaker (posted as a separate event) or be displaced by an event on a different date. Please check the calendar, Facebook Page, or call the clubhouse if you have questions. Any member is allowed and encouraged to attend a board meeting - only board members are allowed to vote on club issues.

Hilo Woman's Club will be partnering with the YMCA to host a Keiki Christmas Party. Fun Activities, Food, Drinks, and a gift from Santa. We're asking members to donate a gift to a special child. Details are forthcoming. The more help, the more fun we'll have! Save the Date!
We need volunteers to help: Set up in the morning, assist with crafts, prep, set out and serve food, man the games and prize table, assist Santa, and of course - clean up. Call the office if you can help. Many hands make for a light load!
The schedule:
9:30am: Kids and staff arrive on the bus
9:45am: Kids register/sign in
10:00am: Beverly's Welcome Speech
10:05am: Crafts
11:00am: Lunch (Chili/Rice provided by YMCA) Pizza, Dorito Salac, Fruit, sweet treats.
11:45am: games
12:45pm: Santa!
2:15pm: Kids prepare to depart
2:30pm Kids depart.
