Deposit: $125.00 is to be paid in order to secure your date and time. In the event of cancellation 30 days or less prior to the event, deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. After the event, up to $100.00 will be refunded if the building is cleaned, all trash removed from the building and parking lot, key returned, all furnishing returned to original locations, gate locked, and no property damage. $25.00 is a nonrefundable custodial fee.
Number of Hours Renting: $50.00 per hour (four hour minimum)
Deposit Refund: Renter/Custodial Report: $100.00 (minus $20.00/hour custodial)
Available Rental Hours: The Clubhouse is available to rent Sunday through Thursday between 7am and 9pm. The Friday and Saturday hours are between 7am and 11pm. Because we are in a residential community, the music must stop for any evening event one hour prior to closing. Please be considerate of our neighbors and closely monitor your volume of music, your guests, as well as the NO SMOKING areas. Violation of our music and no smoking policy may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Custodian: The HWC custodian will open for your event, give you the key to lock up, show you where to return your key, and give you your custodial form to check off when the hall is cleaned in order to get your deposit after the event.
Automated External Defibrillator (AED): There is currently NO AED device on the clubhouse property.
In consideration for the use of the Clubhouse, the individual or organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Hilo Woman’s Club for any liability resulting from the use of the AED, these premises, and agrees to be responsible for, and acknowledges any and all legal liability resulting from, the disbursement of alcoholic beverages on the premises.
I have read the above and accept the conditions thereof.
