Meeting/Event Information
The Board meets every 2nd Tuesday, and the General Membership meetings are every 4th Tuesday. Times could vary - please refer to the calendar, newsletter, or events page for details.
Occasionally a membership meeting will have a guest speaker (posted as a separate event) or be displaced by an event on a different date. Please check the calendar, Facebook Page, or call the clubhouse if you have questions. Any member is allowed and encouraged to attend a board meeting - only board members are allowed to vote on club issues.

Get ready for a spook-tacular evening of music, dancing, and community spirit as we come together to support our club's scholarship and community donation programs.
Event Details:
- Time: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- DJ: Uncle Mikey will be spinning the tunes to keep you dancing all night long!
- Line Dancing: Join Harriet Rocha as she teaches a few dances to get everyone moving.
- Food: Light pupus will be provided
- Drinks: BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverages)
Every dollar raised goes directly toward empowering local students through scholarships and supporting vital community programs. Your participation helps us continue making a positive difference in Hilo.
Come dressed in your favorite costume (optional but encouraged!) and join us for an evening of fun while supporting education and community service. We can't wait to see you on the dance floor!
All proceeds will fund scholarships for students and support our community donations.
